Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using BNB Volume Bot services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BNB Volume Bot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Service Description

BNB Volume Bot provides order-flow simulation and liquidity orchestration services for BEP-20 tokens on BNB Chain (Binance Smart Chain). The Service executes automated buy and sell transactions through multiple wallets to generate trading volume on supported decentralized exchanges.

The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for testing market conditions, improving token visibility, and liquidity discovery purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
  • You have the legal right and authority to use the token contract address you provide
  • You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform terms of service in your jurisdiction
  • You will not use the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or manipulative purposes
  • You understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading and blockchain transactions
  • You are solely responsible for determining the legality of using such services in your jurisdiction

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Engage in wash trading, market manipulation, or securities fraud
  • Violate any exchange, DEX, or platform terms of service
  • Deceive or defraud other market participants
  • Launder money or engage in any illegal financial activity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of any blockchain network
  • Use tokens that are illegal or associated with illegal activities

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is made in BNB (Binance Coin) at the rates displayed on our pricing page. All payments are:

  • Non-refundable once a campaign has started execution
  • Subject to blockchain network fees in addition to service fees
  • Final upon confirmation on the BNB Chain blockchain

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect campaigns already in progress.

6. No Guarantees

THE SERVICE DOES NOT GUARANTEE:

  • Price appreciation of your token
  • Increase in holder count or real trading activity
  • Trending placement on DexScreener, DexTools, or any other platform
  • Exchange listings or partnership opportunities
  • Any specific ranking or visibility outcome
  • Return on investment or financial gains

Results depend on multiple factors including market conditions, token fundamentals, organic interest, and platform algorithms beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BNB VOLUME BOT AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Token price fluctuations or market losses
  • Actions taken by exchanges, platforms, or regulatory authorities
  • Blockchain network failures, delays, or congestion
  • Smart contract vulnerabilities or exploits
  • Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BNB Volume Bot, its operators, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or regulation
  • Any claim that your use of the Service infringed on the rights of any third party

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by BNB Volume Bot and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
